We are frequently asked for recommendations on foods that are “safe” for braces. We recommend this rule of thumb… “if it’s hard, sticky or chewy – you should avoid it.” These foods can damage your braces and delay your treatment. Don’t worry though, there are lots of foods that taste great and are safe for your braces.
